1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Management

Your OLX88 account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including all bets, transactions, and communications.

• Password: You must choose a strong password and keep it confidential at all times. Never share your account password with anyone, including family members. OLX88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
• Personal information: You must notify OLX88 promptly of any changes to your personal information, such as your registered phone number or email address. Failure to keep your details up to date may affect the verification process for your transactions.
• Account balance: Your OLX88 account balance may only be used for gambling purposes on the OLX88 platform. You may not transfer your balance to another OLX88 user's account except through mechanisms officially authorised by OLX88.
• Inactive account: Any account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. OLX88 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts that still carry a balance.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on OLX88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). OLX88 only accepts deposits via approved and supported Malaysian payment methods:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per deposit transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your OLX88 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. OLX88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Third-party funds: Deposits must be made using legitimate funds that belong to you. Using another person's funds, funds obtained through illegal means, or any form of money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Transaction fee: OLX88 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges in accordance with their policies — this is beyond OLX88's control.

5 Withdrawals

OLX88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the specified timeframes. The following terms govern the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 working hours by the OLX88 finance team once all conditions have been met.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in your name.

6 Bonus & Promotions

OLX88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus (up to RM500): Available to new members only on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of RM20 is required to activate the bonus. A 25x rollover on the bonus amount must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted.
• 10% Daily Cashback: Calculated based on daily net losses and credited automatically at midnight each day. No rollover required for daily cashback. Credited as cash directly to your account balance.
• Weekly Reload Bonus: Up to 30% reload bonus every Monday. Minimum deposit of RM50 required. 20x bonus amount rollover requirement. Maximum bonus of RM300 per week.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active promotion is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the OLX88 platform — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, dragon tiger, sic bo, poker, lottery, and live game shows — are subject to their respective game rules as displayed within each game interface.

• RNG and fairness: All RNG games use a random number generator that has been independently verified and audited. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is publicly displayed and cannot be altered by OLX88 or any player.
